About Me
Supporting transformation with empathy, energy, and truth.

Why I do this work
Hi, I am Claudia
You can have a good career, strong intentions, and solid skills and still be shaped by patterns you do not fully see.
I learned this early in my own leadership life.
I began my career in the beauty industry and finance and spent years in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
For a long time, saying yes, moving quickly, and pushing through worked. Over time, the patterns I relied on to succeed began to work against the very outcomes I was trying to achieve.
Becoming honest about what was really happening - how I decided, reacted, and led under pressure - changed how I showed up at work and in life.
That experience sits at the heart of my work today.
I support leaders and teams in noticing what no longer serves them, and in leading in ways that feel both effective and true.

A holistic lens, practical impact
I have always been interested in the bigger picture of people and life: what motivates us, what we avoid, and how meaning shows up in everyday choices.
In my work, I create space for the whole person in their professional context: their thinking, emotions, patterns, and presence under pressure. Not as an abstract exercise, but because these elements shape how decisions are made, how conversations unfold, and how leadership is experienced.
Work and life are not separate. When leaders slow down enough to notice this, they tend to make clearer choices - and lead with more intention rather than reaction.
Learning, freedom, and compassion at the core
Learning keeps me current and curious.
Freedom and independence help me question what needs questioning.
Compassion allows me to stay open - with myself and with others.
One simple insight guides much of my work:
real change starts when we stop pretending.

A multicultural life at home
I have a life shaped by difference. I am a mother of two almost-adult children and part of a lively blended family that spans generations and cultures. At home, several languages are spoken, and different perspectives are part of everyday life. Living this way is a constant reminder that there is rarely one “right” way to think, decide, or lead - and that curiosity matters more than certainty.
